These SMS Terms apply to the Steep Alerts marketing text program operated by Steep LLC.
Opt-In
By entering your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the separate SMS consent option, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Steep LLC at the number provided. Messages may include promotions, product launches, and cart reminders when disclosed at signup. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. We expect approximately 2–4 promotional messages per month, plus messages you request or separately authorize. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After a STOP request, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email summit@drinksteep.ca, or call +1 808-640-9909. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent non-marketing messages that you separately request or that are necessary for a transaction, where permitted.
Eligibility and Delivery
The program is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. You are responsible for providing a number you control and for notifying us if it changes.
Privacy
We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that operate the program and as required by law.
Changes
We may modify or end the program. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued participation after an effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
