Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. A tracking email is sent after shipment.

Rates and Free Shipping

• Standard shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous United States when the merchandise subtotal is $50 or more.
• Steep 24-pack beverage orders receive free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
• Rates for orders below the threshold and for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada are calculated at checkout.

Taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and import duties for Canadian shipments are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Estimated Transit

Typical carrier transit after processing is 3–5 business days in the contiguous United States, 7–14 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and 5–10 business days for Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Package Protection

ShipInsure package protection is optional. When selected, ShipInsure handles eligible loss, theft, and transit-damage claims under its terms at claims.shipinsure.com.

If ShipInsure is declined, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Steep is not obligated to replace or refund packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier acceptance. We will reasonably assist with available carrier information. This does not limit responsibility for a Steep fulfillment error or non-waivable legal rights.

Address Accuracy and Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact summit@drinksteep.ca promptly if an address correction is needed; we cannot guarantee a change after processing begins.
